END THE FOOD CONFUSION

Available on Amazon and other sites

This book was written to make ‘good nutrition’ clear and easy. Too much confusing information is out there – most of it comes from the hype the food manufacturing industry releases, who have enormous advertising budgets and vested interests.

A typical example – millions and million was spend convincing the public that margarine was healthy!! They knew it wasn’t, and so did health the experts but advertising is very persuasive and reaches a lot of people.
